I have the whole family to switch over to that deal, that's 4 lines, I don't think it's viable to wait 4 hours x 4 people. Any ETA on a fix? Or would that be possible through private message @J_PM ?

@Bitnamus we are definitly on the same page with that thought! We have multiple teams working to resolve the lagging impacts to ensure all customer can take advantage of Black Friday Deals.

You guys really need to ensure your self serve portal is up and running and able to handle the load when you make such a promotion. I wonder if this deal is still going to be available tomorrow as I don't expect PM to fix this 'asap'. Shame to miss such a great deal because of a portal not working..

@Mingsallygeng I think the site is jammed by too many customers trying to do the same as you. I finally got my self serve to load after 20 minutes and tested change plan option only to have an error on the screen.
You might need to try again in another hour or two and hopefully PM has fixed this by then.

Hi PM,
Your website /account site is not loading properly, preventing people from getting access to these black friday plans. When will this be resolved? Will the deals be honoured if site issue is not fixed promptly?

@imm1304 Have you been around the last year or so? And in particular the last 6 months? Plans have gotten exponentially more valuable in that time.

@dshartill Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it. They don't transfer, so every time you get a new phone you'll have to pay $5 for a new one (or whatever the going rate is at the time).

Try again later. The word spreading fast about the updated plans and everyone is trying to change plans at the same time. There will be plenty of time for everyone to take advantage of these new plans. Don't worry.

You can change to an e-sim via the app. Its all fairly intuitive.. go ahead and try it when you are able to log in. @dshartill
