I am on the $39 plan and opted to switch my plan to the $34 plan as it was cheaper for the same thing. I set it to renew at the next billing cycle and today it isn’t set anymore nor is it available. Why did this happen?
All incoming and outgoing calls were failing. Rings on my end as if it is working. I got curious so logged in to check my account to see that my service for some reason hasn't auto-renewed. I have been with PublicMobile for years now, so not sure why...
I really want to get the offered $40 plan that they have for new customers as it’s 30gb and unlimited. Why not offer it to current subscribers too?
I am wondering if someday PM will allow me to hold all my family phones under 1 account to manage. Is this something that is even on the radar for PM? It’s tedious to have 3 separate logins, I have to make extra email addresses for 2 of them.
