I was trying to renew my service before the autorenewal date and ended up paying twice! How do I reverse this last payment and how do I put the first payment towards my renewal?
I've paid ahead of my renewal date before but for some reason it wouldn't go through this time and I ended up paying twice. Yet I still haven't topped up. Super pissed as I can't afford this added amount!
