Overpayment

I was trying to renew my service before the autorenewal date and ended up paying twice! How do I reverse this last payment and how do I put the first payment towards my renewal?

Login to your self-serve account.

What is the amount of available fund in your Account?

Which method do you use to add fund to your account?

1. Using the credit card on file

2. Buy topup voucher to add fund to your account.

I've paid ahead of my renewal date before but for some reason it wouldn't go through this time and I ended up paying twice. Yet I still haven't topped up.

Super pissed as I can't afford this added amount!

If you want to review early contact moderators https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

You will have to pay full price for the plan as rewards will not be automatically applied.

But tomorrow you shoud get credit for them. If you don't get your rewards after 24 hours please contact moderators again

@Finn_Mac , why are you trying to renew your plan before the renewal date? Thanks.

It's better to leave the over  payment on your account for your next 30 day cycle.

Maybe try contacting a moderator for this one:

I wonder if itll just remain as a credit until your next payment is due.

Yes, the available fund in your account will be used to pay for your renewal.  PM will take money from your autopay cc if the available fund is not enough to pay for your renewal.

@Finn_Mac

PM will not take you money until your renewal date.  The fund you added will be in your account as available fund.  Half of your fund will be used for your next renewal.  The remaining fund will be used for the second renewal.

PM is not setup effiecently for refund.  You may not get your refund at your second renewal date. It is better to leave your fund in your account.
