How do I get credit from my last October overpayment they deducted from my credit card all I want is a credit

If you were overcharged in October. PM will use the first payment for the month of October. The second payment will remain as credit in your account to make the November payment. Login to your account and go to Payment-View Payment History to confirm that it was in fact used to pay for November bill.

@Schwingpumper1 You overpaid 6 months ago and just noticed? I think customer service is your only choice. Open a ticket using the chat icon. If that gives you issues, send a DM at: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

October?  that was over 6 months ago.  

do you recall if you make a plan change back then? if you made a plan change and use Change Now, PM will deduct money at once even you just renewed the old plan

but you can ask PM agent to help and confirm.  Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
