Hi , I have a problem accessing my voice mail Since one week  , it gives me error performing ,call failed , please let me know what to do

You could try calling +1 306 580 4001 or just ask your friend to leave a voicemail. This is the voicemail hotline and follow the instruction to reset password for voicemail.

@Hmhajjar1 dial ##21# then ##004# to reset your call forwarding. and then try dialing/holding "1" to access your voicemail

Try rebooting your phone.  Are you able to make any outgoing calls ?
