bell mobility rebate for LTE usage

Does anyone know if this is a scam? I received an email with a link to an interac deposit. First the email seems odd since I'm a public mobile user. Second the interac interface looked weird.

Anyone know anything?

I also think it's a strange coincidence that I was asking the community questions about LTE and Signal Guru.

Plus, I received an email on my newly established email address. Coincidence??

I have a clarification to the original message... it was a text message not an email... still odd as it was addressing LTE about which I been inquiring within the community.
