Fire dept. investigation units seem to not  share with media for updating their filed  stories,  but  very likely some of the garage fires,  are caused by faulty Li-on batts' on charger 'mode' .

That fire bunged up traffic many miles in every direction.  The entire city had to stop and rubber neck, take selfie with the burning tower background.
