cheap home wifi provider

My girlfriend just told me that roger charged 132$ including tax for 2 persons. Only 2 persons and 4 devices, 10GB data consumption, which wifi provider in Hamilton, Ontario would be ideal for her scenario?

Charged multiple times for my Chatr

Hello , I registered my credit card for the prepaid Chatr and they charged me once , but again I see 2 more pending transactions for this Chatr service . Will they charge me multiple times in a month ?
