Thanks for the correction @Phil_Adelphus
I will say this. Public Mobile continues to do a very poor job of transparency. First, I went to the website not logged in as a customer. It does stated there that India and Pakistan is $15 and says nothing about when they expire or if they expire. Then went to my account to purchase the add on. NOWHERE did it say while purchasing that they don't expire. Even in the terms of agreement. Just horrible communication on PM's part.

@Chalupa_Batman I think if they changed it to "international" then there'd be more who think it means calling both ways, like they can call Canada from wherever the minutes are for. There have been a few people confused about that lately. I know Public Mobile's clarity can be lacking at times but it's actually very hard to put something in a few words without any risk of misinterpretation.

Oh yes. I see it now.
Missed that part. Now that I see it, they should remove the word "Canada". When I see Canada Long Distance Add-ons I think Canada wide LD. Since Public Mobile only works in Canada US and now Mexico, there really is no use for the word "Canada" as it just confuses people. They should change it to "International" Long Distance Add-ons. One thing I learned very young in life, context is EVERYTHING.

@Chalupa_Batman On the public Shop page at the top of the international LD minutes section it says
In Canada Long Distance Add-Ons
Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.
I don't know about in the account because I'm currently getting the dreaded interminable Loading..........when I try to log in.
I do agree about clarity though, I particularly think that the warning about "change now" for subscriptions should make it clear that they're talking about the old subscription and not the new one. It should also be clearer that non-VoLTE phones won't work in the USA.
