SIM card for European cruise ports

DDM69

I'm looking for recommendations.  Would there be a sim card and service you would recommend that I could use (while on land) for all of these locations while travelling on a 2 week cruise?

Croatia / Italy /  Montenegro / Greece

Thank you! 😁

We will spend a few days in Rome before embarkation so ideally we would like to buy a Sim card there.

@DDM69

Is Croatia your first port of call? Prepaid SIM cards are cheap here and they roam likes home since they are part of the EU so no additional charges for the rest of your ports of call.

I'm a frequent cruiser so I usually have free wifi but I will look at "three sim"

Thanks

@JL9 Cruise Wifi is pricey.  Unless you can redeem free , I would certainly stay away from it 😁

@DDM69  The country list is long for the Three SIM, it works well.  Have a look at that.  But on the other hand, there are other brands providing similar service.  Check around

I'll be spending some days in Rome so I would like service for the land days

Cruises these days are usually good with WiFi as well as many tourist ports so you may get by with a VoIP app on your phone as well.

I used this one from UK Three before

But I got it in a local mobile store instead, price was around the same
