Updating adders or changing phone number could be done logging into your PM account.
I have no idea if and how that number will end up in 411.ca and I doubt mobile numbers end up there.
Just looking into 411.ca - personal I can see that number of people with same last name dropped significantly since last few years ago. And all those numbers are land line meaning if you went voip or ported your number to mobile carrier you are off from 411.ca. I might be wrong but that is my conclusion after checking 411

@WB2022 To update the address, you can do so by logging into "My Account" and clicking on the "My Profile" tab. If you need to change the cellphone number, you need to click on the link "Change Number" in the "My Profile" section on the right-hand side of the "Overview" tab.
