Good day,
I purchased a sim card online that was supposed to delivered to my address via mail. It has been 3 weeks now (and more than the suggested 5-10 business days for waiting) since the transaction date of when I placed a purchase for the sim card, and it has still not arrived in the mail. Can a Public Mobile support agent please resolve this?
