Hi, I ordered a Sim card and was given the deadline of 8-10 business days for shipping. This was nearly a month ago and still haven't received anything, my recommendation is ask for your money back and find another provider

yes, sim card can take as many as 3 weeks to deliver . But ask PM to either resend or let you pick up one in store
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

Hey @Kate1967
It can take up to 3-4 weeks in the mail. If you don't want to wait any longer, here are two helpful options. Don't worry about the extra fees for the new SIM card. Just create a ticket to a CS Agent and they will gladly credit your account how much you paid for the SIM card. 🙂
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
