After the announcement of the loyalty rewards change, some customers did leave Public Mobile. Apparently, some of those customers that left Public Mobile are now receiving some ‘winback’ offers.

OMG Telus is converting PM to the Bell/Rogers marketing approach: soak the current customers and give best deals to new customers, then offer a deal to return! Obviously PM needs a few more lessons in structuring a win back offer. 🤪
