Nope. You'll need to estimate when you'll get the 15 days and be sure to log in and redeem. In the past you factored the discount system in chosing public mobile. Nowadays, it's such a non factor for most that you need to think of it as a bonus
That's the plan. Give high data accounts even more data you won't ever get to use before it expires as a consolidation for getting rid of legacy discounts.
