I've been trying to sign up for Air BNB and they keep telling me my phone number is registered to someone else. I need documentation proving its registered to me.

@Tarasteeves - that is an airBNB issue, not Public Mobile.
Unless, when you call your number someone else answers?

The only way for any company to claim 'this number is registered to somebody else' is if that that somebody else already had or has account with them.
And then other party lost their number (phone account cancelled) and phone number ended up in your hands.
I would say to those guys to give you a call and they will obviously talk to you...
As for documentation that this number is your contact agent, maybe they can create some kind of document for you. Try first to send BnB screenshot of your PM account showing your number and see if that is enough for them.

Air B&B has no way to determine who a number belongs to. They either tried contacting you at the number and got someone else (typo in number, misdialed etc) OR as already mentioned, they have the number in their database from a different customer in the past. I think you will have to deal with Air B&B to sort out but if they need an invoice as proof it may take 2-4 weeks to receive one.

HI@Tarasteeves That number is working for you?
Did you own this number not too long ago? Did you activated with PM and picked this as a new number? It could be a recycled number and someone else used it before and registered with AirBnB. I think you need to contact AirBnB to sort this out. It is a number that exist on its database, I don't think PM can help

Did you get a new number when you activated with pm? You likely got someone else's phone number who hasn't changed it or removed it from their airbnb account. You could sign up with a voip number in the meantime and edit your airbnb profile once you either provide proof or the other member edits there's out ( if ever?)
Your best bet is probably to contact customer support and ask for a 90 day invoice to be sent to you that you can forward to airbnb. Be sure to blank out your account # before sending to them.
This post by @AE_Collector will give you an idea of what you will recieve from pm. Take a screenshot of the invoice and ask airbnb if that will satisfy their requirements.

Was your account expired and didn’t make payment for 90+ days?
You will lose your number if you didn’t make any payments over 90 days.
