Is there anyway to have Public Mobile not end the current Loyality/discount program ($2 off for CC, $1 off for each referral, etc.) on our account and not automatically migrate us over to the new point program which has no discounts and will cause monthly bills to go up - in some cases double the cost per month starting May 1st?
This would be most appreciated.

The dollar referral discount is received as points. I never had the option for the loyalty rewards as I was too late to the party but I do get about 5 pts per month between the 5% back and referrals. I can do a $15 bill credit every few months or so.

Some of us are getting off the ride. We don't trust the driver anymore, we don't think the ride is taking us to a good place. So we're looking at other rides.

@____ I like your idea , as for referrals you will get 1 point for each referral every 30 days that stay with PM which = $1 so that part of the rewards has same value as before just the added step of having to redeem this points into $ one you have 15 points in your rewards portal you can redeem $15 off your bill . As for the loyalty side of things there’s nothing to build up with points it’s just a flat rate of 10 points once a year

@____ From the rewards to points FAQ:
How will the changes impact my ability to earn rewards through referrals?
Much like the old program, you'll earn 1 point for every month each referred friend remains an active subscriber. And yes, 1 point equals $1

I don’t think you get the dollar referral monthly discount on the new system.. And also it would be nice if they “carried over” our loyalty that we’ve built up as a points deposit to our account. so if you’re getting $5 dollars off a month, they should put in the equivalent amount of points into your account rather than starting at zero like new customers would have no loyalty built up, right?

@____ I've been on points ever since joining PM and as far as I know you still get the 1 point ($1) per referral, and you also get 5% in points value off any payments. There's also the 10 points a year loyalty which I know is not as good as before but still something. Also you can buy add-ons with points at lower than the $ value. So it's not all gone but I can understand why people are upset. When I joined I was disappointed to find that the $2 I'd seen mentioned in articles for autopay on PM was not a thing any more.

@____ No sorry there is no way other then a hope and a prayer . Many have filed complaints to help try and reverse course . Unfortunately there’s not much we can do but go along for the ride where ever that may take us . Here’s to hoping we start to see better plans in the future so good infact that we don’t ever miss the old rewards

Sorry, but as per the announcement, all customers will be changed over to points.
