Internet failure

Wifi connected but I cant access internet. Always showing sign in to network and 500 internal server error notification. Somebody can help me fix this problem.Thankyou in advance😇

This isn't really the right place to be helping with this as it's not a Public Mobile service problem but we can do what we can.

Can you connect your phone to another wifi service like a coffee shop or something?

If i used data all was good. If i tried to used wifi then thats the problem connected but no internet access.

 Done rebooting 2x .. hard reset. Setting reset. Clear cache.clear data.

@laidzjuly211989 in order to access WiFi on your phone, select your WiFi connection and enter your WiFi password. And finally select/ enable WiFi on your phone.

Can you check another device like a laptop or tablet to ensure your internet is working. If it is asking you to sign in can you enter your wifi id and password again.

What type of phone do you have?  Are you new to PM?  Are you connecting to your home WIFI?  Can you verify your connection status to your WIFI on your phone?

If your wifi isn't working then that's unrelated to your cell data service. But it sounds like you actually mean cell data service.

Is this a new thing? Has your cell data service worked here before now?

If Wifi problem, not a public mobile issue. Or do you mean data?

try rebooting your phone and internet router.
