International call doesn't work for my country,better promoting from Koodo

I have an international calling add-on that allows me to call any country in the world, but I cannot call my home country, Iran. Recently, I received a promotion for 20GB of data and unlimited calls for $29 per month, but Koodo gave me this promotion with 30GB per month. I cannot connect with you directly because it is very hard for me to reach public customer service, and most of the time they don't address my concerns.

@Yahyam - Yes, @anotheran is right. There is no Iran add-ons for calling as mentioned in another post from 2022:

You could use textnow or just use the international text & mms feature.

Which international calling package did you buy? I don't see iran as any of the countries that you can call via public mobile add ons https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/plans?network=ALL

@Yahyam - As a backup I would try using MMS internationally to the Iran number or just use TextNow.

Have you tried contacting CSA's here?
