I am new to PM transfer from Telus and I liked Telus for many years.

imho , even for a non techie PM is pretty awaesome and I do get a sense

of basic earnest decency .

The Basic concept of solving Problems with actual Solutions

The couple of hiccups in the transfer were 

quickly solved with your Solutions as well 

as pretty quick straightforward Action
