If your request to change your number is as a result of a very recent activation, and if you wish to transfer an existing number you still have from Telus or Koodo (including formerly PC Mobile), you will need to first complete your activation with a new number, then reach out to the Moderator team here in order to transfer your existing Telus or Koodo number to Public Mobile.

Sign into self serve.
Under My Profile, you'll see a Change Number option - bottom right.
You can do this once per 30 days.
