If the above suggestions don't get you in (and they probably will), if the case is you forgot your e-mail address, which is your self-serve username, look back in your e-mail folder for activation e-mails from Public Mobile.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also try to clear your cache and cookies then reboot. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the bubble on the bottom right corner.

If you're a new.cuetomer, did you activate in-store or online? For in-store activations, you need to create a new self serve account by going to: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If this is a matter of your password not being accepted, first try the forgot password option at: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
If the above doesn't work, open a ticket by first loading the page https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat and type "forgot security question answer".
