They can't even receive, so Its also a Volunteer thing, which is awesome Got the Idea from Public Mobile CDMA Era, in regards to Wallet for the Roaming aspect. New Public Mobile should really look into this, as This was an Ingenius Idea, Unique, Helpful, Useful. Plus, hoping we see return of other functions, like 411 and other services, like Post-paid, Just remove the Post, and Hammer in the Pre. Yes. PM would be the Heaven of all Carriers, and That's what I hope to see in the brighter future Public Mobile needs to seriously take this into account, when and once the timing is ripe, Personally I would prefer all these services like this. Please, I really am dying for this type of service. Priced right, and presented right, This can demonstrate the effectiveness of such an important tool, Special Short Code Wallet, Preset Mins, Preset Txts and Data for Out-Of-Canada usage, in US, or Cuba, or anywhere around the Globe. Example: PPL who work for a little co. or work as medical PPL in US, or Abroad, Having too many sims to worry is not a fun job, misplace Sims can happen, wear and tear every time you swap sims, almost like we spend a % of our time opening and closing the Phone's cover story + otter box, which is tiring, unsettling at times, inconvenient, I'd Pay for the Convenience, My Preference of course. Short Codes, PPL like Truck drivers can check important weather reports, or News bullitons, plus PPL who want to catch up on Movies, Cineplex Short Codes offers such presents from time to time, or Free coffee and food from 7-11, Let the Customer have the option to have full options on DA Table. Just my Opinion. Not sure others agree, But, I at least would love to see the benefits of such services being rendered from a Prepaid carrier. Plans for Parents's children for Emergencies Affordable, basic plans for their kids when they're at school, for emergencies, something that is straightforward, just texting and calling, no data, and giving Parents the tools as to who their kids are allowed to call, something that gives parents some leeway, so that their kids only use the phone for contacting their parents, or what their parents/legal guardians would approve, that way, avoiding things that happen. So, for example, Parents who pick PM for their kids, they can set up accounts where they can text, just no photo texting, an option where parents can choose which numbers their kids can call, and what numbers they do not want them to call, something that gives parents piece of mind, so kids know that phones aren't toys or things that you can use and do things that can have legal ramifications. This would probably be the first of its kind This would be the most sense, and realistic, No Hassles, No Nonsense, Straight Talk and Txt to what parents approve Only Plus, Parents do look for the most flexible Carriers. PM should create such thing, giving parents the power to determine what their children can do, so if no data, no data, no txt, no txt, only calls to Parent-approved list as well as emergency response, yes, this would put the decision power making into hands of parents/legal guardians. Yes, Definitely an essential Expanding the International Calling list beyond the 18 listed, to create Zee List that will bring in PPL who have family in other countries around the globe.Like every country in existence, or Most of them at least Public Mobile should also consider bringing in Plastic, Reloadable Voucers. Like, Buy Plastic Voucher, Register Once, and reload on a need to top basis, as paper recipt vouchers are very easy to misplace, cannot be replaced, and also bad for the environment. But, As the changes are revolutionary, so must the offers and other stuff. Public Mobile should actually consider a truly revolutionary offer to New Clients: The first 7 days, you can try and see if you are happy W. the service. If, for some reason you're not 100% Satisfied, PM will OFFER a refund of what remaining bal you have, minus the days you used so far. Just to entice PPL to at least try and see if they can adapt to the changes. Something that reduces major risks, and creates the warm atmosphere of understanding. This can certainly go along way in smoothing out the differences. Here's a most important Idea: PM posting most popular troushooting tips, hints, and having visual aid so PPL can fully comprehend what issue is, and how to correct it. Would save PPL time and enegy plus reducing stress if Phone sort of whacks out, and needs to be whacked back into line so we have service as best as possible Here's another thought Idea: Like Xmas, Valentine's, Easter, or even Birthdays, Offering something like free add-on, or Movie Promo, something that keeps the Client more focused on Staying Loyal to a Carrier like PM PM should consider somethings like having a Family Linked Customize plans, Business Customize Plans, offering flexible ways to get plans for family, for one's small business, this can go a long way to having a wide range of clientele. Once PM settles in, nice and snug, perhaps expanding the range of services, like offering Data Sticks, so if PPL want Data for their Laptops, PM has a Data stick that's mobile for Laptops too. And of course, once PM has finally grown a bit and becomes grand, perhaps offering some services beyond Prepaid, like a Prepaid Month-Month, some Prepaid/Postpaid hybred, something that will redefine what you pay for, plus added flexibility Here's another thought, something to help PM Clients out: As purchasing Handsets is an strenuous and stressful task, essentially its impossible to buy a handset unless you're a client of theirs, and Prepaid phones from Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Future Shop is moaning and groaning, why NOT PM reopen Online store so PM Clients can order a Handset from PM? PM stating that WE do not stock on handsets so we can keep our awesome prices competitively priced a bit lower than our competition, capping prices at $500 before taxes, and PM only orders handsets on a per Client order basis, Phones PM orders for Client arrives at PM for inspection, programming, and afterwards shipped w. a Sim Card and a Welcome package from PM to the Client. Something to help so the client can have another source of alternatives to look when on the hunt for handsets. If PM did this, I would at least have a source to get my handsets so that I can continue being PM's Client. I truly wish Public Mobile can eventually reconsider: Reviving the Siren Music App, but Better, Improved, Ready for the Nxt-Gen of Clientele who would enjoy listening to the hottest tunes. Also, Public Mobile should also reconsider remaking an PM App for our handsets, a Quick and seamless self-serve app to enable PM consumers to have access to their A/C 24/7.
