Just curious: Am I really overrated? I try to be mellow from now on, Just when I do have Ideas or something to say, I at least try to be forthcoming. No other Carrier does anything these days to care for a customer, we're like products w. Barcodes that pass through scanner at checkouts.
I think the consensus is say nothing unless you have a helpful comment. (Appies to everyone and I'm not suggesting makkahn does otherwise - haven't checked.)
Since this community has to be PM's place to find solutions, the messages have to be focussed and free of clutter. Moderators have to weed out duplicates, erroneous answers, silly comments, irrelevancies etc. from the archived posts so that we can get to the answers quickly.
Leo-Lennox, I wholeheartedly agree with your post. I hope that, from this point onwards, the overall quality of the forum will improve. With regard to archived posts being vetted, I do not see that happening, though I believe, as you do, that they require it.
Chad, I agree with you. Something has to be done. As recently as yesterday, I was communicating with a contributing member, who is seriously thinking of leaving the community solely due to makkahn28's behavior.
