I bought the $15 US roaming add-on, but didn't end up taking the trip across the border. Would I be able to get a refund for this?

@nnwu Check your account. Perhaps you forgot to buy it twice and you have $15 in Available Funds.

As @mimmo stated, PM is a pre-paid service so if you pay for something, an Add-On or otherwise, there are not any refunds if you don't use the service. Once you pay, that's it, you get the service whether you use it or not.
