I bought the 3gb data addon after it was changed to say "Any unused data or minutes will roll over to your next subscription.". I figured this would roll over indefinitely like before but after I've purchased it I can clearly see the 30 day expiry. I would not have purchased it with the 30-day expiry in place. Can it please be refunded and removed from my account?

Know that now, but hit purchase before realizing that the Pm added expiry dates.
Otherwise I would have gotten a 200mb and not the 3gb🥺

hi @VeryDiscouraged Yes this is problem with the 30 days expiry. So, only buy enough for use till end of the cycle, don't buy more than you need

Same situation.
The kicker when your plan renews it will revert to using plan data and not the soon to expire add-on

@Reznale if you have not used it, usually PM support able to reverse the transaction. Especially with the confusing wordings, I think you have a reason to ask for it. Please open a ticket with PM support by messaging them:
