Voicemail setting seem they have limted options on my phone. I tried set voicemail number to zero from my default PublicMobile number. (I believe I did not setup voicemail myself. It was my phone did when I installed SIM.) Then I got another voicemail notification from unknown number.

I checked my account to see usage history. There is no voicemail on it. My guess it was my phone's problem?

P.S. I am using ASUS Zenfone 3 Laser running Andriod 7.1.

Hey @BatteryDie,

I believe no one should be able to leave you a voicemail for 2 reasons:

1. No calling features should have been provisioned.

2. You never setup your voicemail inbox.

So, go ahead and send a private message to @CS_Agent and have them look into this.

Don't forget to provice your public mobile phone number to help them locate your account quickly.

the only real idea that i thought of, is that the number calling you, is just being sent straight to voicemail. With you not having a talk option, your phone wont ring, so anything will get sent straight to voicemail. Kind of like leaving your phone off, and when someone calls.

Thats my thought. Perhaps im wrong

Edit: Voicemail is included in all plans
