Does Public Mobile offer data plans for tablets?

Data plans are only offered via Public Mobile SIM card. With a smartphone you can create a Wi-Fi hotspot. This Wi-Fi hotspot will allow you to share your data add-on with any tablet or computer.

@melanie_lb yes any fido reseller bestbuy etc.. you might need to try a couple stores /tries as mentioned officially this is an add-on to an existing account  and the reps might or might not give it to you.

@melanie_lb you can buy data only plans but they are still costly.  Fido has/had a 3gb,/ 15$/month plan that people could get. officially you needed one other service but some people were able to get the plan by going to non fido stores and asking for the plan

It is important to note, though, that if you have a compatible 3G or LTE enabled tablet which accepts SIM cards (like some iPads), it will work with a Public SIM card fitted inside once configured correctly!
