Hi. I've activated my PM account and transfered my cell phone number. I've selected the 20$ province-wide plan. My phone shows PM at top of its screen and when I use another phone to call myself it's automatically directed to the voicemail. It seems like I cannot make any calls!!! An auto message says I need to have the long distance option to do so. Well, I'm trying to make a call from area code 450 to another cell phone in the 450 area as well.   Help!!!  

 

P.S. I currently have 42$ in credit....

Hi, you posted on the french section, you should try in French or in english section.

You say you ported you phone number, what is the area code of the number? If you choose for example an Ontario area code, then your province is Ontario, then 450 is not in the same province and the calls are directed to your voice mail cause if you are in Quebec, you cannot received call from another province than your phone number area code with the 20$ province-wide code.
