@jnwilliam No, PM no longer offers 514 to new customers. You can only select from the area codes offered.
However, if you already have a 514 # it can be transferred to PM.

I was finally able to get through activating the PIN. IT seem as though I was making an error.
One other question, I would have like to get a number with the code 514 (Montreal). Is that possible? I am currently only getting a 438 code

@jnwilliam please do not post personal info as this forum is open to the public. Click the 3 dots on the top right of your post and remove your pin number.
You must be talking about a voucher to top up your account. Dial 611 and enter your voucher pin number to top up your account.

@jnwilliam If you are referring to a voucher, please edit your post and remove the number. Anyone can copy it and try to enter it on their own account. What exactly is the PIN for?
