hi @dust2dust
I have been kicked out of EverSafe on couple devices. Aftwr the code entered, usually with 10 seconds it sent me to My Account , then loading time on My Account around 10 to 30 seconds, it varies. I would say it is acceptable. The while login takes 15 seconds to a minute only. I think it is fair
Maybe you need to check with Agent and see what happens if it is always over a minute

@hTideGnow- I just logged in on my more open browser without most of the security and add-ins in my main browser.
After typing in the code and pressing go and start on a stopwatch it finally finishes at 1:36 1 minute 36 seconds! That's what I call ridiculous. Then I logged out which to my astonishment also took a while but I didn't bother timing it as I wasn't expecting it. It was so long that I wondered that I actually clicked log out as I was distracted in the meantime.
So then I let cookies and whatever else it wanted to store in the browser stay and logged back in. 1:23. Then I timed the log out this time and got 18 seconds. It took the longest while not giving any indication that the button had been clicked.
Even just using the arrow key or page up/page down was maybe a second to respond. Press it and some moments later it moves. This is all what I call painfully slow in my book.

No @dust2dust I don't agree it is "painfully slow" I used it and find it decent. I helped couple friends installed them and all work ok. Yes, multiple phones on both Android or iOS and all ok. It could be just your phone being slow generaly.
Personally , I dont use the app, not because it is slow or so, I just avoid too many apps installed and slow down my phone
As to the website, it ihas it up and own. Sometimes a bit slow, but still not painfully slow, sometimes good. This new website is just like the old one in terms for performance

@Proxima - I agree, both the app and My Account on desktop or mobile take a while to load. I'd give up the app in a heartbeat if My Account was a one and done login (My Rewards now embedded within My Account, better, bet still opens another window) that was swift and always accurate.
Public Mobile just can't satisfy all customers all the time, but who can?. Either trying to appeal to the masses or fit into cookie cutter models designed by the marketing people of Telus(PM).

I agree that it's painfully slow. I have other business with Telus and that site acts similarly. It's massive overhead of javascript or something. There has been one or two technical types posting here describing it better. It's awful.
But I only log in once or twice a month. I hardly ever use the app. So I sit there and wait out the time lag and then get on with it. Others hardly log in at all only to come here and get confronted with this terribly slow system. Sometimes the waits seem like it's hung and then it it finally does something else.
But yeah sure I do like some of the new features. It's just so ridiculous getting to them. The service itself keeps on ticking so that's what matters.

HI @Proxima
just use the browser to check My Account.
But, app works ok for me, I just don't like to have too many apps. If website works, I usually do not install app

@Proxima It’s tuff to say . I think the new update here at PM was mostly positive . Even thou it still leaves much to be desired . But as with all things it will evolve and continue to improve and get better

personally, I think the app is decent, speed and performance
But if you don't like it, find it slow, why not just use your browser? There is not much difference between the two. The site is mobile friendly now, so it is as good using your mobile browser.
