We made a change on rate plan on May 11 to take effect on renewal date end of May but still showing the $25 plan We want the $34 plan which we applied for

@Tootles If it still shows the old plan today after the browser cache clearing steps then you would need to contact customer service.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

We asked on May 11 to change our Plan from $25/Mo to new Plan $34/Mo starting at the end of May when $25/mo Plan renewal came up it looks like we are still on $25/Mo plan we want the $34/mo plan to be active

@Tootles Is today the renewal date? Sometimes the accounts section is glitchy on renewal day. Did PM charge you the $34?

old plan is $25 we asked for the $34 plan as of renewal end of May old plan gave us unlimited calling texting, new plan is canada US calling with 50G Data at 5G speed

if you find they charged you more, not take off legacy rewards, autopay discount and friend referral rewards, that is expected. PM moved everyone to the new rewards system, Public Points
