wrong freedom plan

hello I activated my sim and plan eariler today.

I message some of mods already.

 

I just ported from freedom and I wanted to get the 90-day promotion +6gb data.

My account says I paid $120. I checked afterwards and now my plan is incorrect. Its currently shows the 30day $10 plan with no options.

I know I chose the right plan. So something messed up.

I have no data right now or service. Can I get this fixed? Thank you.

Just checked my online account and phone service.

looks liked the fixed. Thanks, everyone.

Two options:

a) login to your PM account. If Available Funds equal $110 make a one time paymemt of $10, logout and reboot. This sometimes activates the correct plan. Then send  a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, an explanation and a request for credit/refund of the $10.

b) Send  a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation. Given their backlog it may be a day, or two, before you have a response. Perhaps, turn on email notification of private messages to see their response as soon as it arrives.

 

Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

Also, see if the FM SIM still works.
