@prajwalsimilarily to a physical SIM card, eSIMs can only be used once so you won't be able to use the same QR code to set it up again but you can purchase another eSIM through the Public Mobile app and it should end up as $0.00, if not an agent will credit you the amount back, but ordering the new eSIM should send you another email with a QR code (if you decide to go down this route).

Something else you can try if you have access to another phone and if you end up getting a physical SIM, is try testing the PM SIM in the other phone to see if it's getting the same speeds. If you are still with the eSIM you would need to install the PM app on the other phone and order an eSIM on that phone and go through that whole process which is more of a pain

Oh that sucks. The QR given at registration does not work either, cannot add as sim. I believe it is a setup issue and not device issue. I just bought a new device to upgrade my plan.. even though i know it’s just 13 pro max

If I recall correctly you have to "buy" it again but I believe they will give you a credit to make it "free".

Freedom gives it in its account after doing imei check. Where is it for Public mobile? I cannot see anywhere

do you know how to obtain working QR for esim? If i delete it i dont have QR to install it again, the. i have to purchase esim again and again. I think the working QR for esim will fix this

Will do. I have ordered it its on the way

@prajwal maybe try reseting your network settings see  that helps , could buy physical SIM card and sim

swao the number in your account and use the physical SIM card instead of eSIM which I think most people here in community prefer physical sim over esim for various reasons

LTE doesn’t work as well. There’s something wrong nobody seems to be able figure out. There is no way i have to live with less than 1Mbps speed with 5G, there should be something i have done wrong please let me know what is it 😩

You are in BC. The Telus network is known to be spotty in some areas. Perhaps give LTE a try instead of 5G.

At least you get to see 3 digits mostly. Look at this, can you believe this. Li doesn’t work

@prajwal @It’s frustrating for sure speeds are up to 250mbs 5G with public I have Telus line with 5G+ and have gotten similar results before it’s always changing and many factors network congestion area your in environment in basement big building . I do t advise you chew thru your data doing lots of speed test but do try in direct areas and times a day .here check out some of my results I have only 10mbs one day too but phone was still working fine , nothing to worry about
