Port from Freedom mobile prepaid to PM

Hello,

I am trying to port my number from FM prepaid, I was unsuccessful when I tried with the account number from Freedom in the format of DBCXXXXXXXXXXX. 

This is the only account number on my FM prepaid. Is there an alternative way to do is other than using the IMEI?

I have ported from Wind/Freedom to Public Mobile a a few times, and DBC always had to be included.

I am unable to retry to port the number now. 

When I make calls outgoing it shows as my FM number. But my FM account is still active. I've submitted a ticket as well for support
