Go to https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Public-Mobile-Community/ct-p/Public_Mobile_Community
Then scroll down you will see a list of discussion boards... find the one that fits your question and click on it. Then when it opens select "Start A Topic". It's an orange button.

Go to the category of your question. Click on category. ON the right upper corner. Choose the Start a topic tab (orange).
