What error message are you getting? I believe the old standard still holds that you can only attempt to add your credit card two times per hour? If your renewal is not tonight I suggest you wait 24 hours and try again by clearing your browser and logging in using privacy mode.

The website is finicky.
Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
Or try a different device (ie. PC or labtop).
Maybe try again in one hour. You may be temporarily locked out if you try too many times
