@Dave793  The reason I asked is because I don't think you can use a voucher for first activating an account with Public Mobile, only for renewals,  so unless I'm wrong there's no alternative and you will have to wait for customer service to reply. The credit/debit card problem was supposed to be fixed  but is seemingly broken again in some cases. Not a good start for you!  Usually customer service responds quite quickly but sometimes it can take a while if they're extra busy.

Hey Phil,

This is for a new activation, I can't even purchase the sim cards its saying it can't validate the cards. I was part of public mobile in the past and don't remember having problems like this. Thanks agian.

  Get a voucher from Shoppers drug Mart and load or using *611

Hi there, I'm having this same problem with both my visa cc and my wife visa as well. Been trying for 2 days, waiting to here from cs. I've tried the app, chrome, avg and edge browsers and no luck. Maybe its a sighn this is a bad idea? Any help at this point would be greatly appreciated, before I give up, thanks!

im using a debit visa and no i didnt know that you needed to use the mobile app for activation, why have the option online if it doesnt work?

@smith2188   Can you elaborate a little, I assume you are signing  up as a new customer and having trouble getting your credit card accepted for the plan?  Also are you using the Public Mobile app that is required for activation?
