I'm guessing that it's from the end of the Loyalty rewards program. Everyone been moved to points. You now pay full price for your plan

@tom40   Most likely because you were on the old $ rewards system so when this was changed in May to the newer points system your payment reverted to its original cost since there were no automatic deductions for autopay or loyalty.  Going forward you will collect points that you can redeem for bill credits or discounted add ons.  You'll get 5% of your payments in points, 10 points a year anniversary and still 1 point ($1) a month for each referral.  You should log in and check in your account for a cheaper plan although what is there now is individual - not long ago there was a $19 for 1GB plan which was better than the old $25 which you may be on as it was 4G instead of 3G.
