my Network is Public Mobile and carrier is Public Mobile

Successful porting or not, I think the earlier question of whether the Public sim is in the phone is the right question. Did you get a text from Virgin with the Virgin sim in a phone to confirm the transfer? Did you reply yes to it? Then did you put the new sim in your phone?

i see your other posts, so, it is likely the porting was not completed. Call the porting team number I sent you to confirm

Set it to auto and PM should appear as provider.

you have a PM sim card in your phone,?
Try to change the Network selection from Automatic to Manual, and select Public Mobile. Check if the phone connects and can make and receive calls
