@ChadCallum1 , if other people’s suggestions don’t work it may be turned off in your settings. Click on your avatar, settings, preferences, private messenger, turn on private messages then save but from what I can see on your profile it is turned on!

@ChadCallum1 If you’re using a phone on community there is no envelope . Instead click your avatar too if page and go to messages . That’s your community in box

if you are using browser on a phone, it could be due to the space and it is moved to the menu under your avatar, just click on your Avatar on the top right to bring up the menu and Message should be there
