since the new update & stuff i haven’t be able to access my account to be able to view my usage or change my plan & for 3 months it has o my given me the “add your sims card” or “buy a sim card” option. i even took my sim & out in the numbers like it asked but i said that it was already activated. very frustrating!!

have you recently logged in to your account...you need to create a new Eversafe account

if you have used the correct email address to login , the error simply indicates that the system is unable to link your email with your My Account.
No worry, just message support here and they can link them up quickly
