the log in screen stays LOCKED on 'resume activation EVERYTIME i log in, my pin, i've had for 10 yrs doesn't work and EVERY month i have to spend 5 hrs here trying to get the same issues resolved

when Customer Support replies to you, you'll see the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted. You can then "back and forth" with them that way.
added...it can be frustrating, I know...but you have to work with them to sort this out. It's not the kinda thing we can help with other than what's already been suggested.

@dwbrown , what exactly is your monthly issue? Do you have your account set to auto subscribe or are you manually activating? I would suggest use the subscribe feature.
