hi I am a public mobile customer and I have added my credits online but it does not add it to my accounts I have credits added but I cant use it can you please help?

You can try to go Profile to click Lost/Suspend the account. Logout
Wait 10 mins, login and go to Profile page to unsuspend account and the system should take that money to resume Service
If you need PM help still, Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@Hanan12 you meant you see the money you add just showing as Available funds? Try checking again using Browser with incognito mode. If you see the button Pay and Resume Services Now , click it to resume
