Hi,
Looking to switch to a different credit card for auto payment due on June 9. It gives the error notAbleToProcessRequest. I tried in private window and with Safari and Chrome. Any suggestions? I haven't tried on the app yet.

Updating card is trouble, PM won't be able to help much with this issue . Use voucher for now to renew and try update later

Thanks folks - still no luck. I updated OS on macbook and cleared caches for safari and chrome. Also tried on app on iphone.

Try clearing the cache and history from your browser but just remember to use the drop-down menu and select more than 24 hours.
I had the same problem paying my internet and TV bill so I cleared the cache and 1 month history…It finally worked after trying for the last 3 days.

Also, I would recommend removing any ad blockers you have from your browser.

If it does not work the first time and you don't need to make a payment urgently, wait 24 hours and try again. Also, please try using BOTH browser and Public Mobile App, some reported they have success after trying with the different method to access My Account.
And, if you need to make payment urgently to resume service, you can get a voucher from SDM/London Drug/711/Shell and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first and then try updating the card again later
