I just got a new phone.
I installed PM SIM , why do I have no data on my new phone? I am on $15 plan.with 250 M data/ month.

Always refer to your self serve account for accurate data usage. Did you toggle wifi off by a mistake or download apps with data or data assist without knowing it? Or have you not had data for a second, then as @dabr says it could be an APN issue

@chch518 Sounds like you need to input the correct APN settings for the new phone? Here's couple of links if that is the case.

First off...log in to your account / My data and add-ons to see how much data you've already used up. If you see no mention of data...that means you've already used it up.
