when is my $20 off from my $55 bill activated ? opened a new line last month with this offer

i have opened a new account with public mobile with $20 off from a $55 plan started last month, i have not got this off yet ? any idea when this will be activated.

@babypunn login to My Account using Incognito mode.  Check if you have a $20 Available Find there

Also, check Payment hisotry and see if it shows a $20 credit after charging you the plan renewal.  PM should be crediting you the $20 after and the fund should stays in Available Fund for next renewal
