Hi, can anyone help me with my account changes. I had chosen a new plan and it was for $39.00 a month with more data and included US calling as well. When I saw that they have set to change to a $36.00 different new plan which was not what I changed to. It is set to start at my next monthly cycle. This is not what i changed to and now the $39.00 plan is gone.

I think this is the old $36 plan a few weeks ago, which get reduced recently to $35
I’m not sure about the old $39 plan , I think it’s still exist $39 Canada-US 50 GB

I think you may be confused. I've never seen a $36 plan recently. Are you thinking of this plan?

You need to submit a ticket to CSA to look into that, if you have a price if your plan change to $39 like a screenshot, it will be great
