@YR Where are you in the porting process? Did you set up a Public Mobile account and use the transfer my number option, or did you not get that far yet?

@YR - which way are you porting?
If you are porting from Rogers to Public Mobile, then use the number that @hTideGnow provided you to restart the porting process. Or submit a ticket to public mobile customer support by using the Chatbot at bottom right corner of community.
If you are porting from Public Mobile to Rogers, then contact Rogers to deal with the details of the port over to them, make sure your public mobile account is Active to port successfully.

You need to contact Rogers. This is PM Community forum.
As long as you have an active account with Rogers and replied to the text confirming with YES confirming you are porting over to PM. There will be a 90 minute window for you to reply or porting will be cancelled.
You don’t need to contact Rogers.

make sure your Rogers account is active and sim works. If Rogers sim has problem, call Rogers suport 1 888-ROGERS1 and ask them approve the port with your verbal approval
then call PM porting team to reinitiate the porting request. i will send you the number. Chexk your Community inbox for the number
